Terms of Use
Last updated October 15, 2026
These terms cover your use of Ninety and any purchase you make. By using the site or paying for access, you agree to them.
1. Who runs Ninety
Ninety is an online study product for the CFA® Level I exam. It is run by Benjamin Hollohan in London, Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at help@ninetyprep.com.
2. Ninety is independent
CFA Institute does not endorse, promote, or warrant the accuracy or quality of the products or services offered by Ninety. CFA® and Chartered Financial Analyst® are registered trademarks owned by CFA Institute.
Ninety is a study aid. It supplements the CFA Institute curriculum. It does not replace it.
3. Your account
- An account is for one person. Do not share your sign-in or your access.
- Keep your email account secure, since sign-in links go there.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
4. What you buy
- Full access costs $99 CAD, paid once. Taxes may be added at checkout.
- It gives one person access to every practice question and mock exam until the last day of the exam window you pick at checkout.
- There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
5. How you may use the content
The questions, explanations and mock exams are ours. You may use them for your own study only. You may not:
- copy, share, sell, post or publish them, in whole or in part;
- use bots or scripts to download them;
- use them to build another question bank or to train software;
- share your account with anyone else.
We may suspend or end access, without a refund, if these rules are broken.
6. Accuracy and results
Every question is original and checked with care, but mistakes can happen. If you think an answer is wrong, use the Report a problem link on the question. Your exam result depends on many things, so we make no promise about how you will score.
7. Changes to the site
We may add, fix or remove questions and features. The site may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
8. Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Ninety is provided as is. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. Changes do not take away access you have already paid for.
