Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
This policy explains what Ninety collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Benjamin Hollohan is responsible for your information. Questions go to help@ninetyprep.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you create an account. We use it to send sign-in links.
- Purchase records: the exam window you bought, the amount and the date. Stripe processes the payment. We never see or store your card number.
- Study progress: your answers, scores and review schedule, so your progress can follow you across devices.
- Question reports you send us.
- Basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, kept by our host in normal server logs.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not use advertising trackers.
- We do not send marketing emails unless you agree to them first.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies to keep you signed in. Your progress is also saved in your browser's local storage, so the site works before you sign in. Clearing your browser data removes that local copy.
Who helps us run Ninety
These companies process information for us, only to provide the service:
- Supabase: accounts and saved progress.
- Stripe: payments.
- Vercel: hosting the website.
Some of them may store information outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and progress while your account is open. Ask us and we will delete them. We keep purchase records for as long as Canadian tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Email help@ninetyprep.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
